Nathan Sweat

President

Nathan Sweat graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) in 1998 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He went to work as a project manager in wastewater treatment design and then as a plant engineer at a local manufacturing facility while finishing an MBA at BYU in 2005. He worked as an engineering manager for 10 years at the same manufacturing facility before becoming an owner of Royal Engineering in 2016. Since joining Royal Engineering, he has enjoyed working with the many great employees here and meeting with clients to figure out how to make ideas a reality. He enjoys ballroom dancing, playing basketball, watching BYU football, and spending time with his wife and 9 children.
